Thank you for shopping with Aerova. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully completed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high demand, order processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping carrier.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International Orders

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier delays.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination
  • Package weight
  • Shipping method selected

From time to time, Aerova may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the shipping label is created.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.

Aerova is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible before your order ships.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Aerova is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly
  3. Contact our support team for assistance


Delayed Shipments

Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs inspections
  • High shipping volume during holidays

Aerova is not liable for delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.


International Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country.

These fees are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by Aerova.
