Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 5th, 2026

At Aerova, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used essential oils
  • Used air vent clips
  • Products that have been damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item
  • A description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


4. Return Process

  • The reason for the return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our mistake (damaged or incorrect product).


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must go through the return process.
